IT Project Managers (PMs) are the management and technical referent for their projects. They integrate their technical and project management skills and experience to lead project teams of staff and/or contractors in the performance of the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, IT services, applications, databases and/or websites within the CIA’s IT architecture, and in some cases work across the Intelligence Community.
Occasional travel throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area and domestic or foreign travel may be required. Depending on the level of experience this work may include responsibility to supervise, coach, develop and mentor subordinate staff and/or other employees.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent studies
- GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Experience as an IT PM with an emphasis on project planning, resource scheduling, cost monitoring, task assignment, developing risk mitigation strategies, producing quality projects through testing and validation, and timeline management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret moderate to complex information
